 When viewing your media library though the manage media tab the paging is
 off.[[BR]]
 The first page shows 15 items, then the second page shows the first 5
 again, the third the next 5 that were already show on the first page, the
 fourth page the last 5 from the first page, then after that paging is
 correct.
