Comment:

 In IE both the Theme Editor and Plugin Editor textarea do not show up
 correctly. The textarea's width is done in column length and not a
 specific pixel width, so it doesn't line up with the top niceblue bar as
 it does in FF. I don't know if this is something that can be fixed or
 not..
