 The sidebar drop-down list for the admin widgets page should automatically
 switch to the selected sidebar, as it's tedious to have to select the
 sidebar, then press "go."

 My patch adds one line of !JavaScript to the common admin js file, a line
 which automatically submits any dropdowns with the class of 'auto-submit',
 so the same automatic submission can be used anywhere in admin.
