 I tried this patch with Wordpress 2.3.1 on MySQL 5.0.27 with PHP5.2.4 on
 my local machine. It didn't work and I get:

 WordPress database error: [Not unique table/alias:
 'wp_term_relationships']

 I'll have a look if I can fix this with a new alias...
