 It's been 4 years since wp_posts->post_category was used for anything. Why
 is it still around?

 It's somewhat confusing to people sometimes in the support forums. We have
 to explain that the post_category column will always contain zero.

 Propose that the column be deleted, and any references still remaining to
 it (should not be any) be flat out removed (not just deprecated, it's been
 deprecated for years and years, we need to move on).
