 I will get some help on the patch.  But this is my first one and I am not
 quite sure what is expected.  Also this will not help on callout
 verification, but when the Sender was removed in the most recent version
 it had a side-effect of stopping the sendmail_from variable in php.ini
 from getting set.  This will address the side effect with out needing to
 add the Sender back in.  My original assertion about the problem in this
 ticket was wrong.

 But there was a bug created by removing the Sender from 2.3.3.  This is
 what the patch above will correct.
