 It'd be better than nothing, but personally I think you're gonna be
 hearing a TON of complaints and making a couple new plugins really popular
 if you leave out the time next to the date.

 I mean, the benefits are huge for many people (time sensitive blogs,
 future posts, etc.) and the only "negative" is a little extra text on the
 Manage screens. Seems like a no-brainer for me.
