 When adding widgets to a theme in Development version 2.4-bleeding the
 option exists, at bottom of screen, to change the number of PHP Code
 Widgets.  On changing the number to anything but 1 this problem occurs.

 In the widget list only PHP Code Widget 1 is shown.  Adding that to a
 sidebar works but you cannot add more than 1 PHP Code Widget.

 I tried setting the number to 5 and then adding a total of 3 to a single
 sidebar.  After I added the first PHP Code Widget I was not presented with
 the Add link to put more of them in the sidebar.

 I tried this on Kubrick and also on iBlogr v2.2 without any luck.  I am
 not a coder so if I am forgetting any pertinent information please let me
 know.
