 DD32: my 2c would be, dont bother. Plugin authors need to choose where to
 put the menu's correctly, Currently the "options" menu(now settings) is a
 generic location for options/settings, thats where i expect the options to
 be. Theres exceptions for plugins that have "Design" menu's or come under
 the write menu and whatnot, Some authors just choose illogical places for
 their menu's, and that'll still continue to happen if a change was made.
