 post_modified seems to be set on draft saves now on trunk.

 post_date remains empty until published as expected.

 I'm not too sure on the Atom feeds comment though? When the Draft is
 published, the post_modified should be set to the publish time AFAIK, And
 future modifications to the post will be reflected by the atom feed.
