 Write:Post>Save shouldn't "Saved on: 1999-11-30 at 00:00"

 ENV: WP trunk r6735 (2.4-bleeding)

 Clicking Save when authoring a new post results in the phrase "Saved on:
 1999-11-30 at 00:00" above the Save and Publish buttons. The time shown
 should be the time the post was saved.
