 When I use WP dashboard ( blog_root/wp-admin/index.php ), WP erases
 sidebar widget configuration. i.e data returned by
 wp_get_sidebars_widgets() (in wp-include/widgets.php) are alterred, which
 make dynamic_sidebar() in sidebar template to fail.

 === how to reproduce ===
  1. Add some widgets in Design -> widgets menu
  1. Click Dashboard menu
  1. Widget settings are gone!
