 In multi byte language like Chinese and Japanese, etc., the word count
 function introduced from version 2.6 doesn't work.

 I mounted the character count functions instead of the word count for
 these languages, and inserted it in the admin page.

 I propose this function so that WordPress may bring convenience to more
 users.
