 When trying to read a Wordpress XML Export file in a C# XmlDocument or
 XmlTextReader, it crashes with an XmlException:

 "undefined namespace: excerpt"

 The excerpt-namespace is not defined at the top of the file. Simply adding
 a line that defines the namespace solves the problem.
