 "Google Gears" is how Google refers to its own app in the same situation
 in its own documentation:
 http://code.google.com/apis/gears/gears_faq.html#bestGearsPerms

 It makes sense in this case especially because when it hasn't been
 approved yet someone is more likely not to know what "Gears" means.
