 I have heard that this may have been discussed already, so I'm sorry if
 this decision was already taken.

 I've been tricked serval times into publishing my draft instead of saving
 it, as the "Publish" button is at the same place as the one the "Save
 post" button would occupate.

 I personally think these two actions(Save post/draft and Publish) are too
 different to be put at the same place, even if you consider these as two
 main actions.
