 When it comes down to things like this where it's entirely a matter of
 taste and design, my own personal understanding is yes. In all honesty, we
 could debate every single little part of WordPress until the end of time
 with valid pros and cons on both sides. Someone's gotta steer the boat.

 Besides, "it just makes no sense" isn't a valid reason. It's located under
 Tools in the sidebar, but I believe it was duplicated into the header to
 make the feature more pronounced, less buried, and hopefully wider used.
 But again, this is all my personal understanding / guessing.

 So anyway, come up with a valid reason other than personal taste and then
 reopen. :)
