Comment:

 I opted to just make comment paging go off the first page of the post,
 i.e. don't put the post page into the comment page link. This keeps thing
 simple, avoids excess duplicate content, etc.

 Plus I don't think it's too big of a deal as if you're changing comment
 pages, you're obviously interested in reading the comments rather than the
 other pages of the post at that point.
