 This did not worked for me, I just changed the wp-admin.css

 1169. #poststuff .closed .inside {
 display: none;}

 All the avanced options will not worked because they couldn´t be displayed
 by AJAX. If you changed this CSS property you´ll find your drop downs
 menus.
