 If you enter the text 'meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;
 charset=windows-1252"' (with angular brackets) in a post, it won't be
 shown: apparently is sent to the browser as is, and the browser interprets
 it as a html meta tag, so that the text doesn't appear in the post
