 I have always been irritated by the placement of the Add Media buttons I
 think they ought to be in the rich editor toolbar (like they are when the
 editor is maximised, though the maximised ones currently don't
 work).[[BR]]
 Now that there is only one button the placement seems even odder and more
 counter-intuitive, and I definitely think it should be moved into the
 toolbar.[[BR]]
 This would also eliminate the interface change when the editor is
 maximised.

 What does anyone else think about this? I'd change it myself, only I'm
 unfortunately not familiar with TinyMCE.
