 It appears that $number wasnt actually implemented in the previous code..
 I've added it in, If you want to keep the tag cloud displaying all by
 default, It may be best to change $number to 0 in the parent function by
 default.

 I have another patch coming to clean up some more bugs & features sometime
 this week once i workout a strange oddity
