 I installed a clean version of 2.6, the install script couldnt write a new
 wp-config.php file, so I tricked it by just copying the sample.  Adjusted
 the settings no problem, found the mysql and I created a database and
 logged in no problem.

 All the functions seem to work, however when I am adjusting settings,
 sometimes I would get a refresh back to the admin.php page correctly, but
 most times it just comes up with a blank page (with standard <body> and
 <html> tages, but nothing else.

 So when clicking update or save settings on alot of the functions it
 either redirects correctly or it gives that blank page.  Mostly the blank
 page, and I just click teh back button and whatever function was working
 worked, but didnt redirect.
