 This patch includes some IE fixes for RTL styles in the admin interface:

 * TinyMCE toolbar wasn't RTLed

 * Media upload box would get hidden outside of view

 * Bad floating in list filtering links (subsubsub) would make links un-
 clickable

 * On template editor, theme selector got hidden outside of view and the
 template edit area would get RTLed (when it should be LTRed) and drop
 below the file list

 Most of these are just for IE6, and were tested on 2.6
