 Patch adds a very simple-minded first attempt at wp_upgrade_core() that is
 patterned after wp_upgrade_plugin(). Right now the new WP files are simply
 copied over the top of existing ones.  Old files aren't deleted, yet.  It
 doesn't do backups or put up maintenance messages.
