 In the file source:trunk/wp-includes/js/tinymce/wordpress.css there are
 two mentions of `url(img/items.gif)`

 However, this image doesn't exist relative to the wordpress.css file.

 These lines should probably be changed to:

 `url(themes/advanced/skins/default/img/items.gif)`
