Comment (by DD32):

 The logic is reversed for GET/POST $body encoding.

 $body is used for POST requests.

 Patch also includes correction for custom headers being passed in as an
 array ( Currently: Pass array of headers in, it ignores them, pass a
 string of headers in, it accepts them).
