 Function "get_nested_categories()" is not found in WordPress 2.5.1.
 I used this function in a japanese plugin
 ([http://wppluginsj.sourceforge.jp/ktai_style/ Ktai Style])
 After upgrading WP 2.5.1, an error occurs and the plugin stop abnormaly.

 Is the function private and prohibited to use by plugins?
 If not, "get_nested_categories()" should be restored.
