 Agreed -- and if there's some crazy reason why the Delete (and other)
 buttons can't be displayed twice... I think most people would prefer them
 at the bottom, rather than the top.  I've been through similar tasks,
 looking to delete entries out of long lists (tidying up my "tags" list in
 this case).  Most people read DOWN the list, not UP... would be best to
 have the Delete button at the bottom.
