 I've attached modified .php files that address three major usability
 issues with the version 2.5 write post / write page panels.

 1) Too much scrolling is required. Items that were in the sidebar in 2.3
 should be moved back.

 2) Display a list of draft posts in the title as in 2.3.

 3) Remove the maximum width so that users with wide screens are not forced
 to a narrow writing area.
