 This is my first bug report - please forgive me if I make mistakes and
 point me to the right direction.

 I've searched trac.wordpress.org for a similar report and did not find it,
 so I assume this won't be a duplicate.

 Bug encountered on http://panospace.wordpress.com/ (thank you all for this
 wonderful infrastructure!).

  * Edit a post.
  * Insert two empty paragraphs somwhere in the middle.
  * Point the cursor at the beginning of the first empty paragraph.
  * Press the DEL key. As expected it will go away.
  * Press the DEL key again.
  * '''BUG! ''' The cursor moved at the beginning of the post and deleted
 the first character there.

 Bug does not happen in Opera 9.10.
