 i type my blog posts in a word processor which convert ' to ’.

 wordpress converts ’ to %e2%80%99 in slug...

 i would like to suggest that ’ should be treated as ' while generating
 slugs!

 another issue is …

 … = ... it is also failed to sanitize during slug formation.
