#6679: Add back in instructional text for Syndication Feeds
---------------------+------------------------------------------------------
 Reporter:  hexley   |       Owner:  anonymous
     Type:  defect   |      Status:  new
 Priority:  normal   |   Milestone:  2.5.1
Component:  General  |     Version:  2.5
 Severity: normal | Keywords: RSS summary full text
---------------------+------------------------------------------------------
 Pre 2.5 wp-admin used to say:
 Note: If you use the <--more--> feature, it will cut off posts in RSS
 feeds.

 This at least, if you read it carefully, could tell the user that
 "Summary" would show a hard coded summary value of text in your feeds, and
 using "Full text" will then either show the entire post in feeds, or break
 at the <--more--> mark.

 I suggest new verbiage:
 Note: "Summary" will hard code your feeds to x words in length. Selecting
 "Full Text" will show your entire post in your feeds, or break the feed at
 <--more-->

 I am not sure which is correct, to use <--more--> or <!--more-->, in pre
 2.5, <--more--> is mentioned, in 2.5 and forward, even in admin, the more
 button puts in <!--more-->

 This needs clarification.
