 Additionally, I think the plugin listings should be displayed in a manner
 similar to the comments listing -- approved comments are in black,
 moderated are in grey, etc.

 Officially-recognized plugins should be in black, ones that don't show up
 on the service should show in some other color to denote them as not being
 checked for updates...
