 I just upgraded to 2.3, and it's working well over all. I just ran into
 this problem when I click "Browse all" under the "Upload" section on a
 Write page:

 Warning: filesize() [function.filesize]: stat failed for
 /home/omadades/public_html/mattwiebe/wp-
 content/uploads/2007/09/eyeoftheworld.jpg in /home/mattwieb/public_html
 /wp-admin/includes/upload.php on line 42

 This appears next to a full-size image truncated into a thumbnail-sized
 area, for every image uploaded prior to the 2.3 upgrade.

 I tried uploading a new image, and everything works properly there.
