 I've test it this afternoon and I've found this plugin doesn't work with
 WP 2.3 RC1 so far:

 Naatan.com Notify Me
 (url: http://www.naatan.com/?page_id=58)

 - It doesn't appear the icons to insert media files in writing board
 (WYSIWYG mode)

 Please check!
