Comment (by intoxination):

 UI is scheduled for release this Sunday, which will essentially replace
 interface. It might be a better idea to try and incorporate that (possibly
 better for 2.4 though).

 I agree though, if 1.1.4 is causing problems then it would be best to roll
 back to 1.1.2, as 1.1.3 had problems with older versions of Safari, which
 would cause a page not to load at all.
