 Both {{{$_SERVER['SCRIPT_NAME']}}} and {{{$_SERVER['PATH_INFO']}}} contain
 the same on an is_single() URL, while {{{$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']}}} is
 unset before the IIS fix code an contains those two concatenated
 afterwards.
