 Foolswidom, thank you for keeping hope alive :) I hope I am not pissing
 some of you off with my persistence with this feature. I just feel
 WordPress categories can be a lot more powerful, if we stop thinking of it
 as just post and link categories. The taxonomy  concept is a step in the
 right direction, but it still carries the baggage of thinking of
 categories as just post and link categories.
