 The OPML page (wp-links-opml.php) is a well kept secret. The link should
 be mentioned on import and export pages. Especially on /wp-admin/link-
 import.php

 The best would be to make a special form for importing from WP where you
 could just enter the url of another WP installation, and it would fetch
 the opml page automatically.
