 This error is for all plug ins not selected ones.  now all of my plug ins
 are updated now cause i had to deactivate them all in order to see what
 worked and what didnt (though i could have just done it one at a time.)
 and so i feel it would better serve the user if it was notated on each
 plugin when a new update was available just like when a new version of
 wordpress is made available.
