 Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new draft: "test"
  1. Save and continue editing
  1. Create a new custom field/value pair and click "Add Custom Field
 »" to trigger an AJAX add
  1. Refresh the page (or save and continue editing)
  1. Add another custom field/value pair (again, using the AJAX "Add Custom
 Field »")
  1. Now try to delete either of the custom fields.  You'll get "Something
 strange happened. Try refreshing the page" and the items will not be
 deleted.

 Expected result is that deletion always work.
