 Having a </textarea> tag in the content of a page or post (when using the
 non-graphical editor), causes an issue.  The </textarea> tag ends the
 content in the text box and the rest of it is rended as HTML below.

 Attached are 2 files:

 1) A Contact Form as it appears on my website.

 2) The Contact Form as it appears in the Wordpress Editor.  The Street
 field is the first textarea field and it's closing tag causes the issue.
 The rest of the Contact form is shown below the editor.  Thus, I am unable
 to edit this page without adversely affecting my page.
