 Sometimes {{{wp_die}}} is used to indicate user errors in forms. In these
 cases one has to hit the browsers's back button in order to go to the form
 again.

 The patch below adds a third parameter to {{{wp_die}}}, which controls
 whether a {{{Back}}} link at the bottom of the page is shown.
