 [5756] changed the way data was returned from the wp.suggestCategories
 XML-RPC method.  The attached patch restores the returned value to its
 original format, [http://codex.wordpress.org/XML-
 RPC_wp#wp.suggestCategories]

 I guess this method doesn't get much use since this change happened some
 five months ago and I haven't heard anyone complain about this.
