 Upgrading to PHP5 shouldn't have caused this issue. Is it possible to
 downgrade to PHP4 and see that it works? Also, if you still have the old
 PHP4 installation on another site, see what the {{{phpinfo()}}} says.
 Specifically, about send_mail (or sendmail), compare the two, if you can
 and report back.
