 Ok, I'll leave the ticket as it is, However, If it works when the plugin
 is disabled, Then To me, Its a plugin issue. Just because a plugin works
 fine on one install, doesnt mean it'll work fine on another, If I were you
 i'd get in touch with the Author and try to work with them to fix the
 issue.

 You can re-install WordPress from scratch if you like(Delete all files
 exept wp-config.php and wp-content, Re-upload the latest files) and then
 try again, But i dont think you'll have much more luck.
