 My structure is /archief/%postname%/, and I see the same problem. I've
 simply re-slugged the offending posts to the number in words, so 30 would
 become "thirty" (or in my case, "dertig", as I'm Dutch).

 I didn't have this problem when my structure was
 /archief/year/month/day/postname/ though.
