 Tried all of that. Have installed on a sub directory of the site and it
 works fine.
 Have replaced all the files..and cleared cache..everything. my head is
 wrecked from this. Have searched all forums and cant find anyone with same
 issue or any hints to resolve. Totally baffled at this stage. Have tried
 on other machines..upgraded etc and nothing works. Editing pages/post etc
 all works fine..just not write new post.
