 Yes' you're right.
 Anyway, in my humble opinion pending reviews should be more visible to
 admin/editors, because he/she could not see new articles for a long time
 since there aren't notifications about newly inserted contents. As for
 comments moderation, I think there should be a tab under "Manage" section
 (Manage pending articles or something like that)
